Welcome to the official website of All India Film and TV Entertainment Artists Welfare Association (AIFAWA). By accessing, browsing, registering, applying for membership, making donations, participating in programs, or using any service provided through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. ABOUT AIFAWA

All India Film and TV Entertainment Artists Welfare Association (AIFAWA) is incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 and operates exclusively for charitable, educational, cultural, welfare, skill development, awareness, artist welfare, community development, and public benefit purposes in accordance with its Memorandum of Association (MOA), applicable laws, and organizational policies.

No part of the income or property of AIFAWA shall be distributed directly or indirectly for private profit except as permitted under applicable law.

AIFAWA is not an employment agency, casting agency, recruitment agency, insurance provider, financial institution, government authority, regulatory authority, licensing body, or statutory authority.

2. MEMBERSHIP

AIFAWA may offer various categories of memberships, including Artist Membership, GENZ Membership, Volunteer Memberships, and other approved membership programs.

Membership approval, renewal, suspension, termination, and eligibility shall remain subject to Association rules, verification processes, applicable policies, and Executive Committee decisions.

Membership does not guarantee employment, auditions, casting opportunities, project assignments, endorsements, sponsorships, government benefits, financial assistance, commercial opportunities, or professional engagements.

3. ARTIST MEMBERSHIP CARD

The Artist Membership Card is an internal membership and professional identification document issued by AIFAWA for membership and welfare purposes only.

The Artist Membership Card is not a government-issued identity card, work permit, employment authorization, statutory license, professional accreditation, or guarantee of employment, assignments, casting opportunities, financial assistance, welfare benefits, insurance coverage, compensation, or government scheme approvals.

4. GENZ MEMBERSHIP

GENZ Membership is a voluntary support membership program.

GENZ Members do not receive authority to represent AIFAWA, enter contracts, collect funds, make commitments, issue certificates, create obligations, or act on behalf of the Association unless specifically authorized in writing by the Association.

5. DONATIONS

Donations made to AIFAWA are voluntary contributions made in support of the charitable, educational, welfare, cultural, and public benefit objectives of the Association.

Donations do not create any right, entitlement, preference, membership privilege, employment opportunity, financial benefit, ownership interest, voting right, guaranteed assistance, or commercial benefit.

6. WELFARE ASSISTANCE

Any welfare assistance, emergency support, medical relief, educational support, counselling support, financial relief, or other welfare measures provided by AIFAWA shall be subject to:

• Eligibility criteria
• Verification processes
• Availability of funds
• Applicable policies
• Executive Committee approval

Such assistance shall not constitute a legal entitlement, contractual obligation, insurance benefit, compensation claim, vested right, or guaranteed payment.

7. PAYMENTS, FEES & REFUNDS

All membership fees, registration fees, renewal fees, event fees, workshop fees, donations, welfare contributions, sponsorship contributions, and other payments made to AIFAWA are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

In case of duplicate payment or proven technical payment error, AIFAWA may review the matter and take an appropriate decision at its sole discretion.

8. WORKSHOPS, EVENTS & PROGRAMS

Participation in workshops, seminars, training programs, awareness initiatives, conferences, events, and activities does not guarantee employment, certification, assignments, project participation, commercial engagements, financial benefits, or professional opportunities.

AIFAWA reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, suspend, or cancel any activity, event, program, or initiative without liability.

9. USER CONDUCT

Users, members, volunteers, and participants shall not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload forged or fraudulent documents
• Misrepresent affiliation with AIFAWA
• Collect money in the name of AIFAWA without written authorization
• Use the Association's name, logo, identity, branding, or materials without approval
• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, unethical, harmful, or misleading conduct

Violation may result in suspension, termination, blacklisting, legal action, recovery proceedings, or reporting to appropriate authorities.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, publications, graphics, materials, documents, software, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on this website remain the property of AIFAWA or their respective owners unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, publication, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

This website may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services.

AIFAWA is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, services, products, representations, or policies of such third-party platforms.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIFAWA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, financial, commercial, or business loss arising from:

• Membership applications or decisions
• Donations or payments
• Welfare assistance decisions
• Program participation
• Website usage
• Technical interruptions or website downtime
• Third-party actions, services, or platforms

13. POLICY CHANGES

AIFAWA reserves the right to amend, revise, modify, replace, update, or discontinue these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising from or relating to the website, membership, donations, programs, services, activities, or transactions of AIFAWA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
