Eligible members who satisfy the applicable eligibility criteria, including continuous membership requirements (where applicable), may be considered for welfare assistance, Group Insurance facilitation, emergency support, counselling, guidance, or other welfare initiatives as may be approved by the AIFAWA Executive Committee.
All welfare assistance is purely charitable, discretionary, and welfare-oriented in nature. Every request shall be considered individually and shall remain subject to eligibility, verification, submission of required documents, compliance with Association rules and policies, availability of funds, applicable insurance policy terms (where applicable), and approval by the AIFAWA Executive Committee.
Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as creating any legal entitlement, contractual obligation, statutory benefit, guaranteed payment, insurance benefit, compensation claim, financial claim, vested right, or enforceable right against AIFAWA. Membership, payment of membership fees, or participation in any welfare programme shall not automatically entitle any member, nominee, legal heir, or beneficiary to receive any welfare assistance or monetary benefit.
The type, scope, amount, duration, timing, and manner of any welfare assistance, if any, shall be determined solely by the AIFAWA Executive Committee based on the facts of each case, applicable laws, organizational policies, available resources, and the overall welfare objectives of the Association.
The AIFAWA Executive Committee reserves the absolute right to approve, defer, modify, reduce, suspend, discontinue, replace, or reject any welfare assistance or welfare programme without creating any liability, compensation, refund, reimbursement, or legal claim against AIFAWA.
The interpretation, implementation, administration, and enforcement of this Policy shall rest solely with the AIFAWA Executive Committee, whose decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
