Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal & Compliance Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, legal proceeding, or matter arising out of or relating to this Policy, the services, membership, Artist Card registration process, website, or any activity of AIFAWA shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and judicial authorities at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
