AIFAWA operates as a welfare-focused organization incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Membership, support services, welfare assistance, training programs, dispute guidance, and other initiatives are subject to applicable rules, eligibility criteria, verification requirements, availability of resources, and decisions of the Association. AIFAWA does not guarantee employment, casting opportunities, project assignments, commercial engagements, government benefits, financial assistance, or professional success.
