The All India Film and TV Entertainment Artists Welfare Association (AIFAWA) is a nationally focused artist welfare organization dedicated to protecting, supporting, and empowering professionals working in the Indian film, television, OTT, and entertainment industry.
Established in 2022, AIFAWA was formed with the objective of creating a structured, transparent, and constitution-driven support system for artists and industry professionals. Since its inception, the Association has worked consistently to promote professionalism, welfare awareness, and long-term security for its members.

The Association may assist in addressing professional disputes involving members and producers, studios, directors, television networks, or digital platforms, in accordance with Association rules and work-permit guidelines. Legal Awareness & Professional Guidance
The entertainment industry involves complex legal and contractual structures. AIFAWA provides guidance and awareness to help members better understand professional obligations, rights, and industry practices, enabling informed decision-making.

To support continuous professional growth, AIFAWA facilitates workshops, training programs, and certified courses at subsidized or nominal costs, helping members upgrade skills while maintaining ethical standards.
