Work Permit (Artist Membership Card) – 4th Year & Annual Renewal
The 4th Year Work Permit (Artist Membership Card) issued by
All India Film and TV Entertainment Artists Welfare Association (AIFAWA)
is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of renewed issue.
- Annual Fee: 2000 per year
- Validity: 1 year from renewed issue date
- Late Fee: 500 per month after 12 months
- Late Fee Limit: Maximum period of 60 months
Failure to renew the Work Permit (Artist Membership Card) within a maximum period of
sixty (60) months from the date of expiry will result in
cessation of membership, and the member will be required to
apply for a fresh membership.
After completion of the fourth (4th) year, the Work Permit (Artist Membership Card)
shall be renewable annually at a fee of 2000 per year
for the duration of the member’s association with AIFAWA, subject to:
- Timely renewal
- Compliance with Association rules and bylaws
- Verification and approval by the Association
Important: Renewal of the Work Permit (Artist Membership Card) does not
guarantee employment, work assignments, or welfare benefits. All renewals are governed by
AIFAWA’s constitution, eligibility criteria, and decisions of the Executive Committee.
